ExxonMobil in Singapore
ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.
We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. What role you will play in our team
We are looking for professionals with lubricants industry or manufacturing/supply chain background to support the stewardship and reporting requirements of South Asia Pacific Operations Team. This role will work closely with our operation leaders across various markets like Singapore, Indonesia, India and Thailand to steward our operations and will have close working opportunities with our headquarter in US. We are constantly looking for opportunities to improve processes by maximizing the use of technology and this is a critical role in driving this activity.
What you will do
- Lead stewardship activities with South AP Operations leaders
- Lead annual planning and budgeting activities of South AP Operations by working closely with our US headquarter
- Provide business insights to operation teams from monitoring of key performance indicators to support continuous improvement projects
About you
We are looking for someone who has a lubricants industry knowledge or strong manufacturing and supply chain background and has the following qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in: Engineering, Information Systems, Administration & Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting or similar
- 3 year of working experiences in related industry or operation roles
- Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations and cultures
- Profient in Microsoft powerpoint, excel, tableau – willingness to explore new technologies to boost productivity in analytics
- Attention to details, proactiveness and Teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated work experience in manufacturing, operations, accounting and business support
