JOB PURPOSE :
To manage card operations and digital products processes and insure high performance through excellent customer services and effective control monitoring
JOB PROFILE :
- Responsible for the day to day running of card operations ;
- Responsible for fraud monitoring ;
- Support of all digital Products ;
- Responsible for implementing Group standard service delivery metric(SLA) ;
- Responsible for implementing the Group processes to all branches.
Profil :
Experience :
- 1 -2 experience in Card Products & Card Operations ;
- High level of working knowledge of all the Bank’s products, procedure and policies.
Education :
- Advance Level+4/5 ;
